About California State Cash
California State Cash is a matching service. Fill one short form, and lenders licensed to serve California compete for your loan — you compare real offers and pick the one that fits. We are not a lender and never touch your money.
How the service works
- You submit the form — amount and name to start, income and account details on the secure application.
- We pass it to participating lenders licensed to serve California.
- They respond with offers; every one must obey state law: $300 max, 15% flat fee, 31-day term, no rollovers.
- You review the APR and total repayment, and accept only if the terms work for you.
Why borrowers use a matching service
- One form, many offers. No storefronts, no calling around — lenders come to you.
- Bad credit is fine. Approval turns on income, not your credit score; the first check is soft.
- Speed. Decisions in minutes; funds as soon as the next business day.
- Leverage. Competing offers mean you can walk away from a bad one — at no cost.
Coverage
We serve borrowers across California — 488 cities in 43 counties, from San Diego to Redding. California law fixes the price of a payday loan, so the math is the same at every address; what changes locally is household income, and we show that context on every city page.
How we make money
We may receive compensation from participating lenders when a loan is taken through our form. That never changes what a lender may charge you — the $300 cap and 15% fee ceiling are fixed by California law, not by us.
